We provide basic "rack rate" information to assist you as you begin planning your retreat/event and as an example of our fee structures.
We encourage you to to contact us for a custom estimate based on specific goals and needs for your retreat/event.
A $375 insuarnce fee is added to each invoice. This fee will be waived when we are provided proof of liability insurance.

Lodging Fees include use of other facilities and the grounds and trails as scheduled availability allows. Fees for Conference Center and Retreat House also include linens for each guest (bedding, towel, wash cloth).

CONFERENCE CENTER
Our premier facility for overnight lodging/retreats with private rooms. Sleeps a total of 36 guests in 12 rooms with either 3 twin beds or 2 twins and 1 double bed. Bathrooms ensuite. Linens provided.

RETREAT HOUSE
Group-style housing for up to 23 guests. Includes two bedrooms with 10 beds (bunks)/shared bath and 1 guest room with 3 twin beds and private bath. Linens provided.

SUMMER CABINS
Our open-air rustic cabin area can sleep up to 100 guests. Central bathhouse serves 5 campsites with 2 cabins at each site. Sites also have fire pits and picnic table. Fee includes facility usage and access as schedule allows

Tent camping is available at the discretion of the management at several locations around the camp.
