2025 Summer Staff Application are OPEN!

Summer Staff

We know that camp is an important piece of maintaining healthy minds, relationships, and spiritual growth, so we are seeking dynamic staff that are willing to serve in various roles throughout the summer, while living together in Intentional Christian Community. Summer Staff is a vital role for the success of Camp Fellowship’s summer program. A summer at camp can lead to a life time of change as staff members learn their strengths and develop new skills in a hands on environment.

Community Living

Summer staff will primarily live on-site in Christian Community. Staff will be housed in our Retreat House. Laundry facilities are available on site. Meals are provided, and a community kitchenette is provided to store additional food items and drinks. Staff members may be asked to take COVID-19 tests as needed. To ensure the health and well-being of each other and the Camp Fellowship community, staff will be expected to follow all local, state, and Camp Fellowship health and safety guidelines as well as CDC recommendations for public health.

Summer staff are hard-working, young adults that serve as positive role models to children and youth. We are seeking individuals that have the ability to work well with others, think creatively, enjoy the outdoors, and have a desire to grow their Christian faith.
